Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LiveSwapFace you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LiveSwapFace changes the person shown in your live camera video based on a reference photo, using a cloud AI model. The result is shown in your browser only; the service does not create a virtual camera, recording or download. Results vary with the photo, lighting, camera and network. Hair, clothing or background may change as well as the face.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Your Content and Permissions

You must own or have permission to use every reference photo and every person who appears on your camera. You are responsible for how you use the AI video. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy; we may suspend accounts that break it.

Credits and Billing

Real-time sessions use credits for each second the AI video is shown, at the rate displayed before you start.
When a session starts we hold credits up to the session limit and return the unused part after the session is settled. Settlement normally takes under a minute and can occasionally take longer.
Subscription credits and credit packs expire as shown at purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Refunds for purchases are handled case by case. Email support@liveswapface.com to request one.

Availability and Changes

The service depends on third-party AI and network providers and may be interrupted, limited or changed. We may change prices or session limits for future sessions; a session in progress keeps the rate it started with.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how you or others use AI-generated video.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
